1 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account at 6ixs, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 21+
• Online gaming must not be legally prohibited in the jurisdiction where you reside.
• Each person may open only one account; operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• 6ixs may request valid identification documents at any time for identity verification (KYC).
• It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential; access must not be granted to third parties.

If an account is opened using false information, 6ixs reserves the right to suspend or close the account and forfeit any balance.

2 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

6ixs supports only the following payment methods available in Bangladesh:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (via any method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 1 hour.
• KYC verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Deposited funds will only be returned via the same method used to make the deposit.
• Deposits or withdrawals through third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

If a suspicious transaction is identified, 6ixs reserves the right to suspend the withdrawal process until an investigation is completed.

3 Bonus & Promotion Terms

6ixs offers promotional offers from time to time. While each offer has its own terms, certain general rules always apply:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• The wagering requirement is calculated based on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not included.
• To receive the bonus, the offer must be activated at the time of the first deposit after registration.
• Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• 6ixs reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be suspended.

4 VIP Program & Rewards

The 6ixs VIP program has 5 tiers. By playing regularly, you can move up to higher tiers and enjoy weekly cashback:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

VIP tier benefits apply only to active account holders. Tiers may be reviewed if an account remains inactive for an extended period.

5 Permitted & Prohibited Activities

The 6ixs platform is intended for personal entertainment only. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any form of fraudulent activity, use of bots, or automated software.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account or hacking.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Operating more than one account or using another person's account.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform's system for undue advantage.
• Harassment, intimidation, or unnecessarily aggressive behavior toward other users.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

Violating any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of the associated balance. Relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.

6 Account Security & Privacy

To keep your account secure, please follow these guidelines:

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Do not share your password or login details with anyone.
• If you log in from a public or shared device, make sure to log out when your session ends.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Identity verification is required to change your email address or phone number.

7 Betting Rules & Game Terms

6ixs offers betting on various sports events including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The following applies to all betting:

• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled unless a verified technical error on the platform is proven.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 6ixs reserves the right to void that bet.
• All bet outcomes are determined based on the official result of the relevant sporting event.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the status of the bet will be determined in accordance with standard rules.
• For slots and casino games, the individual rules of each game apply.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

6ixs reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms.
• Detection of fraudulent or suspicious financial activity.
• Submission of false identity information or documents.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• At the direction of a legal authority.

9 Limitation of Liability

6ixs is not responsible for the following:

• Financial losses resulting from the user's own decisions.
• Service disruptions caused by third-party network or technical issues.

• Games being interrupted due to unexpected server downtime or maintenance.
• Circumstances of force majeure (natural disasters, government directives, etc.).

In any circumstance, 6ixs's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

All content on the 6ixs platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is protected by 6ixs's intellectual property rights. These materials may not be copied, republished, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

Game content is displayed under the intellectual property of the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, PG Soft, etc.).
